Rest planning as closure, not escape

We teach visitors to mark the end of effortful focus: closing laptops, dimming lights, reviewing tomorrow's top three tasks briefly, then releasing planning until morning.

These are organizational habits only. We do not address insomnia, sleep disorders, or mental health conditions.
